These sessions brought together seniors from different walks of life, sparking joyful conversations, learning opportunities, and new friendships. Each session was a delightful celebration of knowledge sharing, positivity, and the bonds that make Sukoon Unlimited a special place.

1. The Enriching Art Appreciation Session: A Dive into Creativity

Hosted by: Ramesh, an accomplished artist from Mumbai, who shared his expertise in the world of art with the group.


Overview: This session was all about exploring the beauty of art and understanding how it can touch our lives. Ramesh’s goal was to make art accessible to everyone, no matter their background or artistic ability. He encouraged seniors to look at art as a tool for enhancing creativity and experiencing the world in a new way.
